I hope everyone had a really good Thanksgiving. We spent it at home with a few last minute guests and it was really nice. P had the entire week off of work so we initially thought we would travel, but then decided to just stay home and work on a few things….
We started decorating the house for Christmas (follow me on Insta to see a few sneak peeks) and I worked on my charity event in three weeks. With all of the insanity surrounding the election, I wanted to concentrate on something else. I will be holding a Ladies Night In and asking friends to bring pajamas to donate to three local children’s/teens shelters. Pajamas have already started trickling in through the mail and I cannot wait to see everyone!
We also took the girls to see Moana. I LOVED it. I think it may be my favorite Disney movie of all time. The story, colors and themes were so fantastic. And of course, the Disney short before the movie also made Paul and I laugh.
I took advantage of having the mister home by taking him thrifting with me. We found this amazing table for $2.99 and loaded it up in the Mini. P also pointed out a really cute bar cart that needed a makeover so we grabbed that too!
We put on some coats of Rustoleum’s chalk paint I’m waiting for the handles I ordered to come in. Review to come soon!
