While researching a hotel for a weekend Napa getaway, I almost went with the tried and true Andaz Hotel in downtown Napa. I decided to research lesser-known boutique hotels and the beautiful Napa Vineyard House caught my eye. After communicating with the nice manager Kevin, I booked a suite which turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made! Here’s our experience at Napa Vineyard house and why I think it’s a wonderful hidden gem in Napa.
A few shots from around town….
I loved this painting. On the side it said “Stand Your Truth”
Walking by Chiarello’s Bottega restaurant. The wood burning smell was so strong!
I really liked this chair and pillow.
The holy grail! A vintage Hermes orange serving tray. The pricetag was $600.
Hanging bread boards.
Velvet chair at Footcandy
Denim Valentino Ballet Flats. The pricetag was $495
I turned 30 this week. And in order to stave off the melancholy feelings, I celebrated like a manic and went to Napa for lots of wine champagne and brilliant weather.
Our first stop was Domaine Carneros, a sparkling wine estate with gorgeous views and yummy champagne. We ordered a cheese plate and just totally relaxed whilst drinking a flight of their current selections.
Brie, goat cheese, dried apricots and pears, almonds
Napa Soap Company, the lavender scent is TDF.
I loved this framed quote in the tasting salon.
The lobby at the Avia Hotel. Loved these mirrors! I want to do something similar in my house.
Oh look what we have here, the Anthropologie Asters Everywhere Dress. I paired it with Bandolino Peep Toes.
The hotel offers free tasting and food at 5pm.
The husby who so generously gave me his wine to finish!
