The Giada Restaurant Las Vegas Review

I travel to Las Vegas a few times a year and one place I always make sure to visit is The Giada restaurant on the strip.  Giada DeLaurentiis’ Italian-infused menu has frequent tweaks but the core dishes remain the same.  Here are some of my thoughts on the Giada Restaurant in Las Vegas!

Location

The restaurant is located in the Cromwell hotel, a newer hotel on the Strip.  Take an escalator located near the entrance on the corner and you arrive on the second floor where Giada is located.  The Giada restaurant has a gorgeous dining room that overlooks the strip.  It really bright and airy, and is a breath of fresh air from a lot of the claustrophobic casinos that are found nearby

Brunch is my favorite meal to eat here!  I always start with either a bellini or a mimosa.  Giana offers single drinks or bottomless prosecco mimosas which are delicious. They also make a tasty and strong latte, something the husband needs-especially in Vegas!

The Food

Favorite brunch dishes are the frittata and the hash, both of which had really fresh ingredients.  I love that the frittata has fresh mozzarella on it.  We also had the opportunity to try the lemon shuffle which the chef accommodated since it’s only on the tasting menu.  Everything tasted so delicious!

The staff service is outstanding at Giada Las Vegas.  Everyone was friendly, the bartender made sure our mimosas were promptly filled and our waiter didn’t hesitate to approach the chef with requests.  We stopped and tasted a few things from the antipasti bar before leaving.  There were cheeses, meats, and a wide variety of olives to choose from.

Don’t forget to stop by the lobby for the photo booth experience and to wander the photos and artwork near the hostess desk!
