Even though I’m a minimalist, I always try to buy one special thing when we visit Disney’s Aulani Resort. The Aulani Resort is one of my favorite places to visit and recently I started thinking about some of the very best souvenirs that can be purchased there. Here are the best souvenirs to buy at Aulani.

Mickey Ears
Mickey ears are a big deal and if you collect, getting a pair at Aulani is a unique experience since most ears aren’t available online or at the World of Disney. My absolute favorite pair is the black sparkly pair with the yellow plumeria! I always get compliments when I wear these ears. Disneyland’s Tropical Hideaway sold these ears for a limited time but as of right now, I think they are only available at Aulani.
At $30 they are a bit expensive but occasionally can be found on eBay or Mercari for cheaper.
Disney Pins
Did you know that you can pin trade at Disney Aulani Resort? Even if you aren’t into trading, Kalepa’s shop has limited edition pins. You can pin trade at the following places: Hale Manu, The Lava Shack, Pau Hana room, the concierge desk, and the DVC center.
In addition, some DVC cast members around the resort have lanyards with pins to trade.
Disney Aulani Souvenirs Include Exclusive Character Items!
Aulani has stuffed characters like Duffy, Stella-Lou and Shellie-May, characters that you can only meet at this particular resort. These characters have themed Hawaiian items like stuffed animals and handbags. Because they are usually limited editions, these can be considered great souvenirs.
Prices range from $19-80 for stuffed animals and handbags.
Shirts and Jerseys
Kalepa’s Store on the first floor of the resort has a nice selection of Hawaiian-themed shirts and jerseys. The jerseys and Hawaiian shirts are available at the resort and at the Disney Store online! They range from $20-80!

What could be better than a beautiful sunset family photo from Aulani? Aulani has cast members who set up at the beach around sunset to take photos.
You can also reserve a photographer for an additional fee to take family portraits.
Aulani Reusable Coffee Mug and Popcorn Bucket
I can’t discuss the best souvenirs to buy at Aulani without talking about the refillable mugs and popcorn buckets. The refillable Aulani coffee mug is a great souvenir because it can be used for coffee and soft drinks throughout your stay. We’ve brought ours back multiple times and it’s a great investment.
Aulani popcorn buckets can also be found at the Ulu Cafe. The popcorn refills aren’t free but they are significantly cheaper than buying a new bag every day. Popcorn buckets at Aulani also double as an excellent sand castle tool!

I personally love Duffy and Friends products. Aulani had at least in February of 2020 cute stuffed animal designed keychains. I bought on this trip a Duffy and Friends Loungefly backpack. Duffy and Friends merchandise is available at Aulani while it’s been a while since I’ve seen them at Disney World (I’m not sure about Disneyland in California since I’ve never been there).
