Did you know that Aulani resort celebrates the holidays like all of the other Disney resorts? While the celebrations are usually smaller, there is still a good amount of free and paid activities to explore during the holiday season. Here is what to expect during Halloween time at Aulani resort.
Join the Aulani cast members for a dance party on the Halawai Lawn! There will be games, face painting and dancing around October! This is a free event that is provided by the resort!
Pumpkin Decorating
Strictly for the keikis (children) Disney Aulani hosts a pumpkin decorating class throughout the entire month of October! All tools and supplies are provided by Aulani resort. I think the easiest way is to visit or call the front desk to get exact location or make reservations if needed!
Take Photos with Disney Friends!
Disney characters will be in costume for character experiences! Right now Mickey, Minnie Chip and Dale are scheduled to be in costume. You can find the characters throughout the resort or at the character meals at Makahiki!
Resort Trick-or-Treating
To me, there is nothing more magical than the resort at night! Guests can trick-or-treat on October 31 throughout the resort. The Halawai Lawn will have maps that show candy locations!
Ohana Movie Nights During Halloween Time at Aulani
Check the Daily ‘Iwa (resort agenda) for a listing of movies and dates throughout the month of October. The movies will be shown on the Halawai lawn!
Disney’s Aulani is also offering premium experiences including a pumpkin carving contest, cookie decorating and shirt decorating. These experience range from $25-60 per person. Call the resort directly to book these activities.
In addition to events, try out the Pumpkin Spice Dole (see photo above) whip AND shave ice!
