As the gates to Disneyland California Adventure swing open, visitors are met with lots of options for drinks and snacks. While breakfast may not be the first thing on every visitor’s mind, starting the day off with a satisfying meal is a must. While the park has limited breakfast options, we’ve scoured every corner to bring you the very best dishes to start your day off right. From savory to sweet, there’s something for everyone in this guide to the top breakfast options at California Adventure. Whether you’re fueling up for a day of thrill rides or just looking to indulge in some delicious morning eats, here are the best breakfast options at Disney California Adventure

Lamplight Lounge

Lamplight Lounge now offers a brunch menu available from 9am to 1pm. Their brunch menu includes a variety of delicious options such as the “Crab and Potato Cake Benedict” with poached eggs, crab, and hollandaise on an English muffin, and the “Brunch Burger” with a beef patty, American cheese, roasted green chilis, and a sunny-side-up egg.

Our favorite brunch option is the “Lamplight Chilaquiles” which are housemade chips with red sauce and two sunny-side-up eggs.

Schmoozies!

Schmoozies! is a lively quick-service location inside Disney California Adventure serving up chilled beverages and snacks. Located on Buena Vista Street, its retro theming transports guests back to 1920s Los Angeles.

This counter-service spot offers a variety of frozen lemonade, coffee drinks, and smoothies including the Mango Madness and Strawberry Banana Sensation smoothies which are great breakfast options!

Unfortunately, Schmoozies! doesn’t offer breakfast food options so we recommend pairing it with a baked good from Starbucks!

Pym Test Kitchen

Pym’s Test Kitchen is a popular quick-service restaurant located in Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure. With an imaginative backstory based on Ant-Man and The Wasp, the eatery serves size-themed foods like gigantic chicken sandwiches and tiny pretzel bites.

The creative menu options utilize Pym Particles to enlarge and shrink meals for a unique dining experience.

One of Pym’s Test Kitchen most popular breakfast items is the “Impossible Quantum Garden Breakfast,” which features plant-based eggs, crispy potato bites, and a side of focaccia toast. This dish is a great option for guests who are looking for a hearty breakfast that’s also vegetarian or vegan.

Another breakfast option at Pym Test Kitchen is the “Ever-Expanding Cinna-Pym Toast,” which is a large piece of toasted cinnamon sugar bread served with a side of compound butter and a small serving of miniature marshmallows.

This dish is a fun and indulgent way to start your day, and it’s perfect for sharing with a group.

Corn Dog Castle

Located near Goofy’s Sky School, Corn Dog Castle isn’t the most obvious place to get breakfast at California Adventure. While this spot is known for its hot dogs, they also serve up a breakfast corn dog that features a breakfast corn dog (filled with sausage, eggs & fried in pancake batter.)

It’s a unique but heavy breakfast option that’s sure to satisfy your cravings!

Cappucino Cart

Located on Buena Vista Street, the Cappuccino Cart is a charming coffee cart serving up freshly brewed espresso drinks and baked goods. The menu features cappuccinos, lattes, and mochas, as well as delicious pastries like muffins and croissants. The Cappuccino Cart is located at the entrance to Pixar Pier.

They offer a chorizo breakfast burrito that includes eggs, chorizo (a spicy Mexican sausage), potatoes, and cheese.

For Disneyland’s 100 Celebration, they are currently offering a lemon-flavored tea cake.

The Cappucino Cart offers coffee options like mochas, lattes, espresso, cold brew, hot tea, and cocoa!

Schwarma Palace

Schwarma Palace is located in Avenger’s Campus and offers “Shuri’s Gauntlet” which is a breakfast shwarma wrap with impossible breakfast sausage. They also offer a plant-based version that is served with spiced maple syrup.

Fidler & Fifer Coffee and Pastry

The Fidler & Fifer’s Starbucks location inside Disney California Adventure transports guests back to old Los Angeles with its vintage 1920s theming. Situated on Buena Vista Street near the park entrance, the café contains charming details like stained glass windows, retro advertisements,

Fidler & Fifer hosts the only Starbucks in Disney California Adventure. Start your day with a latte and breakfast sandwich.

Bonus!

GCH Craftsman Grill

Technically GCH Craftsman Grill isn’t in Disney California Adventure but it is nearby! GCH Craftsman Grill offers breakfast options such as bagel sandwiches, an American egg breakfast, waffles, omelets, scones, croissants, and breakfast flatbreads.

Consider mobile ordering and then heading towards the Grand Californian entrance opposite Grizzly Rapids.

Take a quick left at the entrance of the hallway to the ticket booths and pick up your food! You can enter the Disney California Adventure Park through that same entrance.
