Everything to Know About the Disney Aulani Mikimiki Fitness Center
The resort features a fitness center called the “Mikimiki” fitness center which is located in Disney Aulani Resort & Spa. The fitness center is open to guests of the resort and features a variety of cardio and weight training equipment, as well as a variety of fitness classes, such as yoga and Pilates. Here’s what you need to know about the Disney Aulani Mikimiki gym and fitness center.
The Mikimiki is 2,000 square feet and is located on the first floor of the Waianae tower. The Disney Aulani gym consists of Lifefitness cardio machines, free weights, and a stretching area. The gym also has locker rooms and showers available. The gym also features some outdoor fitness classes such as yoga on the beach. We also spotted a mirrored area off to the side with heavy balls and core stuff.
There is a bathroom there to change in if needed. There are water fountains to fill up water bottles and resort towels are available near the entrance of the gym.
Over the course of our time visiting Disney Aulani when the gym is open it’s typically very busy. Instead, we went late morning or early evening before heading out to dinner.
While the Disney Aulani gym doesn’t have fitness classes, there are classes offered throughout the rest of the resort. For example, Aulani offers a TRX class on the beach, sunrise yoga, and other classes for an additional fee. For any runners or walkers, there is a pathway runs about 2.2 miles round trip between the resort and the beach and the view is absolutely amazing!

Can Kids Use the Aulani Mikimiki Fitness Center?
Aulani Resort Guests ages 14 and up may use the fitness center at no additional charge for the duration of their stay. Aulani does have a rule that a parent or legal guardian is required to accompany guests who are 17 years of age or younger.
What are the Aulani Mikimiki Fitness Center Hours?
The Disney Resort gym is open from 6am to 6pm. Room keys are required to access the locked door.
Are there Peloton Bikes in the Aulani Mikimiki Fitness Center?
Yes, there are a total of four Peloton bikes. You do need to have a Peloton membership for use. The Peloton bikes provided have dual cage/SPD pedals!
