Southern California is home to some of the easiest-to-visit beaches! Here are the three most popular beaches near Disneyland.
- Huntington Beach: Known as “Surf City USA,” Huntington Beach is located about 30 minutes south of Disneyland and is an excellent spot for swimming, sunbathing, and of course, surfing. The beach also has a bike trail and a large pier that offers dining and shopping options.
- Newport Beach: Newport Beach is located about 40 minutes south of Disneyland and offers a picturesque setting with a long stretch of sandy beach, a large marina, and several high-end shops and restaurants. Visitors can also take a scenic boat tour or rent a kayak or paddle board.
- Laguna Beach: Laguna Beach is located about an hour south of Disneyland and is known for its charming downtown area and beautiful beaches. The beach is great for swimming, sunbathing, and beach volleyball. Visitors can also take in the area’s art galleries and restaurants.
To get to these beaches, the easiest way is by car or ride-sharing. However, visitors can also take the ART bus or train to the nearest station and then take a taxi or rideshare service to the beach.

Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament
Medieval Times is an 11th-century-themed dinner theater with nine locations throughout North America, including one in Buena Park. The show’s storyline features romance and a medieval joust between six knights complete with horses, weapons, and a trick-performing falcon. The meal consisted of garlic bread, tomato bisque soup, oven-roasted chicken, spare rib, herb-basted potato, a pastry, coffee, and two rounds of beverages. A vegetarian meal is also available. In true 11th-century fashion, patrons must eat with their hands. There is also a full bar for adults.
Pirates Adventure Dinner Show
Pirates Dinner Adventure in Buena Park, California. It is a dinner theater show that takes place aboard a pirate ship and features a live cast of actors, swashbuckling sword fights, singing and acrobatics, and special effects. The audience is part of the show, with some members selected to play different roles throughout the performance. The show is set in the Caribbean and follows a group of pirates as they search for treasure and fight against their enemies. The show provides a fun and interactive experience for audiences of all ages, and is a popular attraction in Buena Park.
